ヤウズ先生の一日！！！

みなさん、こんにちは。
This is Yavuz. I really enjoy teaching your children. This is a day in my life as a teacher.ヤウズです。子供達に英語を教える事は本当に楽しいです。これは私の先生としての日常の一コマです。
One of my tasks is to make my students feel comfortable when they are waiting for the start of the lesson. So I often have a little chat with them.
生徒さんが授業開始を待っている間、私はよく話をかけます。気持ちを確認したり、安心させる意味もあります。
It is important to prepare a lot. Then the lessons are more informative and fun.授業の準備は大事です。レッスンはその分有意義で楽しくなります。
It always makes me very proud, when I see my students engaged. On the picture you see a lesson at Junior class, where they all spoke up and memorized the phrases well.生徒達が積極的に授業に参加する姿を見るととても嬉しいです。以下の写真はジュニアクラスのレッスン風景です。この時みんな英語で頑張って発言したくさん覚えてよく頑張りました！

Turkey Party!!
2021年09月22日The Turkey Party has started. トルコパーティがスタートしました！
Children are really enjoying it. 子供達はとても楽しんでいます。
We teach our students all about the history of Turkey. Furthermore we teach them how they write, and how it is different from English. This will lead to a more global understanding of the differences in languages. トルコの歴史やトルコ語の書き方についてレクチャーし、さらに英語とどのように違うのかを皆で学びました。こうすることで、言語における違いをよりグローバルに理解することにつながります。
Of course we also do some fun games!! In the ambassador game students apply the learned words from English to Turkish. They come out of their castles and say hello, 'Merhaba in Turkish'. After rock, scissors, paper the loser has to run back to their castle and tries not be thrown out by the members of the opposing castle. It is great fun! もちろん楽しいゲームもしますよ！！アンバサダーゲームでは、英語で学んだ単語をトルコ語で表現します。各お城からアンバサダーが出てきてトルコ語で「メルハバ(こんにちは)」とまずはあいさつをします。その後じゃんけんをし、負けた人は自分の城に戻りますが、その途中で相手の城のメンバーに追い出されないようにします。とっても楽しいですよ！！
Finally we made a worksheet, in which all the themes discussed at the party are made into quiz you can do at home. 最後に皆でワークシートにも挑戦します。このワークシートでは、パーティーのすべてのテーマについて、クイズ形式で話し合われます。
Have fun with it, and bring it next week, because you'll receive a bonus point on your point card. パーティーを楽しんで、来週は必ずワークシートを持ってきてくださいね！ポイントカードのボーナスポイントがゲット出来ますよ！

Sunday School Animations
2021年09月15日「日本のアニメ・海外のアニメ」
Hello everyone!! This is Ryoko!
Last Sunday, on September 12th, we had a Sunday school event at Hitsu school in Matsue. 先日9月12日(日)に、松江の比津校でSunday Schoolが開催されました。
Having a different topic than usual, we learned about the theme of “Animations in Japan and overseas”. In the special lesson, children enjoyed the card game with music and learned a lot about the “Anime” culture in English!! いつもとは違うスペシャルレッスンで、今回「日本のアニメ・海外のアニメ」をテーマに、ゲームや音楽を取り入れながら、英語で文化を学びました！
It is very important to know your own culture when communicating with people from different counties. 海外の方との交流において、自国の文化を知ることはとても重要です。
We got so excited, having much fun and studying many famous lines in well-known animations!! 有名なアニメの有名なセリフを一緒に勉強し、カルタで大いに盛り上がりました！
